Following changes to DOGANA CABL has been proposed by the CABL committee of DOGANA and has been approved by EC for BOT appointment. We now need approval by the membership to adopt the amendmend in our CABL.

Original clause is read currently as:
15.4.1 Five trustees in the initial Board will be appointed by the Executive Council at the next elections to be conducted under this constitution. Their term will start with the elected Executive Council.

The amended clause will be read as follows:
15.4.1 Five trustees in the initial Board will be immediately appointed by the Central Council at the next elections to be conducted under this constitution. Their term will start immediately upon appointment start with the elected Central Council.

(Five trustees in the initial Board will be immediately appointed by the Executive Council. Their term will start immediately upon appointment.)
